Common Admission Test:

CAT (Common Admission Test) is the most competitive exam in India, conducted by IIMs, for admission in various management schools and institute. Every year 2lakh+ candidates participate for near about 1600 seats.


*Eligibility:

·        Recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3years duration in any discipline with 50% marks in graduation (45% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from a statutory university.

·        Candidates, those are appearing the final year exam, can also participate.

 

*CAT  Important Dates:

·       Registration Start: July-August

·       Registration End : August-September

·       Admit Card : October-November

·       Exam Date : November

·       Result : January

·       Exam will be digital i.e. Computer Based Test

·       Each Question has 3 marks and there will be No Negative marks for Subjective Questions and 1 mark will be deduced for each wrong answer in MCQ
